Uqolifi is a home and community based agency provider. The Uqolifi team works to influence the quality of life for Individuals transitioning to independence. We teach habilitative skills to help our individuals learn, keep, and improve functioning for daily living. Our team is committed to providing person-centered planning for Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our hope is for Individuals to live independently and one day should they choose~ alone.
